What types of sprayers do you build and sell?

We build and sell a wide range of professional sprayers, including skid sprayers (12V and gas engine), space saver sprayers, multi-tank sprayers, and spray trucks built on Isuzu and other vehicle chassis. Each system is available in multiple tank sizes, pump and engine configurations, and layout options.

Who are your products designed for?

Our sprayers are designed for tree care, lawn care, pest control, vegetation management, and landscaping professionals, ranging from solo owner-operators to large fleet and multi-branch operations.

Do you only sell sprayer trucks, or do you offer other systems as well?

In addition to spray trucks, we offer skid sprayers, insert units, and a full range of sprayer parts and accessories to support new builds, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

Are your sprayer trucks custom-built or preconfigured packages?

We offer both preconfigured spray truck packages and fully custom-built systems. Customers can choose a proven configuration or work with our team to design a layout tailored to their specific application and workflow.

How does the sprayer truck quoting process work?

We start with a conversation to understand how you plan to use the sprayer. From there, we create a proposed layout and review it with you. Once any adjustments are finalized, we provide pricing. After a signed sales agreement and a 50% deposit, we begin the build process.

How long does it take to build a custom sprayer truck?

Build times vary based on the type and complexity of the sprayer and the time of year. Spray truck builds can take up to 11 weeks, while other sprayer systems typically take up to 4 weeks.

What information do you need from me to provide a quote?

To provide an accurate quote, we need your contact information, the type of sprayer you’re looking for, how you’ll be using it (tree care, lawn care, pest control, vegetation management, landscaping, etc.), desired tank size(s), and the vehicle or chassis the sprayer will be installed in.

What tank sizes and configurations do you offer?

We offer tank sizes ranging from 5 gallons (roto-molded) up to 900 gallons (poly welded). Larger capacities are typically used in spray trucks and are custom-built to match the customer’s application and layout requirements.

What types of applications can your sprayers handle?

Our sprayers are built for fertilizing, herbicide applications, root fertilizing, and foliar pesticide and fungicide applications. Each system is configured to match the specific application needs.

Do you offer electric hose reels, and how do I know which hose size I need?

Yes, we offer manual and electric hose reels, including optional remote-control rewind. Hose size selection is determined by your application type and matched to the flow rate of the pump. Our team will help you select the correct hose during the quoting process.

What pump types do you use in your sprayer systems?

We use 12V electric and gas-powered pumps from trusted industry brands, including UDOR, AR, Hypro, and others, depending on the application and system requirements.

Where are your sprayers built?

All of our sprayers are built in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Can you help with repairs, upgrades, or replacement parts later on?

Do you ship nationwide? Do you ship to Canada?

We ship throughout the United States and Canada, and in some cases, internationally.

Can you build on my existing truck, or do I need to supply a vehicle?

Yes, we can build on an existing truck. The customer is responsible for delivering the vehicle or chassis to our facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Do you work with fleet or multi-truck orders?

Yes. Fleet customers are our largest customer segment, including tree care, lawn care, pest control, vegetation management, and landscaping operations. Our 22,000-square-foot facility allows us to handle large, multi-truck projects efficiently.

Where can I see examples of your completed builds?

You can view completed builds on our Built by Us and Sprayer Gallery pages (linked in the footer). We also share builds on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Why do some builds have professional photos while others are more casual videos?

We prioritize keeping our site and channels up to date. While some builds are professionally photographed, others are documented with quick walk-around videos using smartphones. We believe showing real builds is more valuable than waiting to capture perfect images.

What’s the best way to get started if I’m not sure what I need yet?
