Pricing, Quotes & Website Accuracy
All pricing, product descriptions, specifications, and availability displayed on this website are subject to change without notice.
Quotes provided through the website or by our team are non-binding until a signed sales agreement is in place. Sprayer Direct USA reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, specifications, or availability at any time.
Orders, Deposits & Cancellations
Custom sprayer builds may be cancelled only before production begins, provided that non-stock parts have not already been ordered or delivered for the build.
Deposits are refundable only until production has begun or until non-stock parts have been ordered and delivered for the specific order. Once production begins or non-stock components have been delivered, deposits are no longer refundable.
Additional payment terms may be outlined in a separate Payment & Deposit Policy or sales agreement.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping arrangements and delivery methods will be communicated during the ordering process. Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer at the time of shipment, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any damage in accordance with the carrier’s requirements.
Proper Use & Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for the proper use, operation, and maintenance of all sprayer equipment. Customers are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal regulations related to chemical handling, application, and safety.
Sprayer Direct USA is not responsible for misuse, improper application, or regulatory non-compliance related to chemicals or equipment use.

Warranty coverage for products and builds is governed by the Sprayer Direct USA Warranty Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Warranty details, exclusions, and procedures are outlined in that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprayer Direct USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of use, arising from the use of the website, products, or services.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
