Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage provided by Sprayer Direct USA for sprayer equipment, custom builds, and related products.

Warranty Coverage Period

Sprayer Direct USA provides a 12-month limited warranty beginning from the date of shipment.

This warranty applies to:

  • Custom sprayer builds
  • Stock sprayers
  • Applicable components installed by Sprayer Direct USA

Parts and accessories supplied by third-party manufacturers are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty, not this warranty.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in:

  • Manufacturing
  • Materials
  • Workmanship and assembly

If a covered defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Sprayer Direct USA will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the defective component
  • Provide a refund for the affected portion

Warranty coverage applies to parts only. Labor is not included.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Use of improper chemicals or chemical mixtures
  • Freezing or weather-related damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, abuse, or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Improper maintenance or storage

Consumable items and routine maintenance components are not covered.

Third-Party Components

Certain components, including but not limited to pumps, engines, and accessories, may be manufactured by third-party suppliers. These components are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, not Sprayer Direct USA’s warranty.

Sprayer Direct USA may assist customers with third-party warranty claims at its discretion but is not responsible for the outcome of those claims.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must submit a request through the online warranty claim form.

Customers may be required, at Sprayer Direct USA’s discretion, to provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Order number or serial number
  • Shipping & Repair Responsibilities For warranty claims:

Failure to provide requested information may delay or void warranty consideration.

Shipping & Repair Responsibilities

For warranty claims:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Sprayer Direct USA
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Warranty repairs must be completed at Sprayer Direct USA’s facility unless otherwise approved in writing.

On-site warranty service is not provided unless explicitly agreed to by Sprayer Direct USA.

In some cases, warranty issues may be resolved remotely through parts replacement and technical guidance.

Ownership & Warranty Eligibility

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty coverage is limited to products used in the United States and Canada.

Lifetime Support

Sprayer Direct USA provides lifetime technical support and parts assistance for products we build and sell.

Lifetime support includes:

  • Technical guidance
  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Help identifying replacement parts

Lifetime support does not extend or replace the 12-month warranty coverage.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Sprayer Direct USA. All other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to This Policy

Sprayer Direct USA reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
