Payment & Deposit Policy
Effective Date: January 29, 2026
This Payment & Deposit Policy outlines payment requirements for products and services purchased from Sprayer Direct USA, including custom sprayer builds, stock items, parts, and accessories.
Deposits for Custom Builds
All custom sprayer builds require a 50% deposit to begin production. Deposits are required for all custom builds, regardless of order value.
Production will not begin until the required deposit has been received and cleared.
Remaining Balance for Custom Builds
The remaining balance on custom sprayer builds is due prior to shipment or prior to pickup, depending on the delivery method.
Sprayer Direct USA reserves the right to withhold shipment or release of equipment until full payment has been received and cleared.
Payments for Stock Items, Parts & Accessories
Full payment is required at the time of order for stock items, parts, and accessories, unless the customer has approved payment terms on file.
All first-time customers are required to pay in full before items are shipped or picked up.
Partial payments or payment terms may be offered at Sprayer Direct USA’s discretion for established customers.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- ACH / bank transfer
- Check
- Wire transfer
- Third-party financing (when available)
Payment Processing Fees
Credit card processing fees may apply to orders over $2,000. Any applicable fees will be communicated to the customer prior to processing payment.
Sales Tax, Duties & Fees
Applicable sales tax will be collected in accordance with state and local regulations.
Customers are responsible for all additional taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges, including those associated with shipments to Canada or other international destinations.
Late Payments
Sprayer Direct USA reserves the right to apply late fees and interest to overdue balances as permitted by law.
If payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date, Sprayer Direct USA may:
- Pause production
- Delay shipment
- Withhold release of completed equipment
until payment obligations are satisfied.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a custom build order is cancelled before production begins, deposit refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If an order is cancelled after production has begun, no portion of the deposit or payments made is refundable.
Additional cancellation terms may be outlined in the sales agreement or Terms & Conditions.
Ownership & Title
Ownership and title to all equipment transfer to the customer upon shipment, provided payment obligations have been met.
Sprayer Direct USA reserves the right to withhold shipment or delivery until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
Financing
Financing options, when available, are provided through third-party financing partners. Approval and terms are subject to the financing provider’s requirements and are separate from Sprayer Direct USA.
Currency
All prices are listed and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted in writing.
Changes to This Policy
Sprayer Direct USA reserves the right to update or modify this Payment & Deposit Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
