Returns & Refund Policy

Sprayer Direct USA proudly stands behind our products and works to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If certain conditions are met, eligible products may be returned or exchanged as outlined below.
This policy applies primarily to parts, accessories, and non-custom products. Custom-built equipment is governed by separate sales agreements and policies.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been used with any chemicals
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The product is returned to the business it was originally purchased from
- A return authorization has been approved by Sprayer Direct USA
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Product Exchanges
Customers may request a product exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for an unused product.
Exchange requirements:
- The product must be unused and free from chemical exposure
- The product must be returned in original packaging
- The exchange must be for a product of equal or greater value
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with exchanges.
If assistance is needed, Sprayer Direct USA can help with shipping paperwork upon request.
To initiate an exchange, please complete the Return Authorization Form (hyperlink to form). Our team will review submissions and respond within 48 hours during normal business hours.
Refunds, Restocking Fees & Processing Time
Once a returned or exchanged product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Sprayer Direct USA
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Third-Party Components
Certain components, including but not limited to pumps, engines, and accessories, may be manufactured by third-party suppliers. These components are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, not Sprayer Direct USA’s warranty.
Sprayer Direct USA may assist customers with third-party warranty claims at its discretion but is not responsible for the outcome of those claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-built equipment or systems
- Products that have been used with chemicals
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products returned without authorization
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns and exchanges require prior approval. Products returned without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

All return and exchange requests must be approved before any product is sent back to Sprayer Direct USA. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval.
Before You Begin
Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure your product is eligible. Products must be unused, free from chemical exposure, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How the Process Works
1. Complete the Form
Provide all requested information, including order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Submit Supporting Information (If Requested)
In some cases, we may request photos or additional details to help evaluate the request.
3. Review & Approval
Our team will review your submission and respond within 48 hours during normal business hours.
4. Return Authorization Issued
If approved, you will receive return instructions, including where to send the product. Do not ship any items until authorization is provided.
5. Ship the Product Back
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Inspection & Processing
Once received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
