Shipping

Effective Date: January 29th 2026

This Shipping & Damaged Shipments Policy outlines how Sprayer Direct USA handles shipping, delivery, and damage claims for parts, accessories, sprayers, and spray trucks.

Shipping Methods

Sprayer Direct USA ships products using a variety of methods depending on the item:

  • Parts & accessories are typically shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carriers
  • Sprayers and spray trucks are shipped via LTL freight, flatbed freight, or made available for customer pickup

Customers may also choose to arrange their own freight if desired. When a customer arranges shipping, all responsibility transfers to the customer at pickup.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Parts and accessories purchased online: Shipping is calculated at checkout through Shopify
  • Phone orders or sprayer orders: Shipping may be quoted separately
  • Some items may include shipping, depending on the product and promotion
  • If a customer chooses to book their own freight, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping terms will be communicated prior to shipment whenever applicable.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to:

  • The United States
  • Canada
  • Other international destinations on a limited, case-by-case basis

For Canadian and international shipments, customers are responsible for all:

  • Customs duties
  • Brokerage fees
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional government or carrier charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated in writing.

Delivery Timelines

Shipping and delivery timelines provided by Sprayer Direct USA or carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Sprayer Direct USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer at the time of shipment, whether shipping is arranged by Sprayer Direct USA or the customer, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Damaged Shipments (IMPORTANT)

Customers are required to follow the steps below to ensure damage claims can be processed:

At Delivery

  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt
  • Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing
  • Take clear photos of:
    • The damaged product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Reporting Damage

  • All damage (including concealed damage) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Damage must be reported by contacting Sprayer Direct USA directly

Packaging

  • Customers must retain all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved
  • Failure to keep packaging may result in denial of the damage claim

Damage reported outside the required timeframe or without proper documentation may not be eligible for a claim.

Concealed Damage

If damage is discovered after delivery and was not visible at the time of receipt, it must still be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for a concealed damage claim.

Freight Claims

Sprayer Direct USA will assist customers with freight claims when possible; however:

  • Freight claims are ultimately reviewed and approved or denied by the carrier
  • Carrier decisions are outside of Sprayer Direct USA’s control

Refused or Missed Deliveries

If a customer:

  • Refuses delivery
  • Misses a scheduled delivery appointment

Any re-delivery, storage, or additional carrier fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Pickup Orders

For orders picked up directly from Sprayer Direct USA:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the product leaves our facility
  • Customers are responsible for securing and transporting the product safely
