All return and exchange requests must be approved before any product is sent back to Sprayer Direct USA. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval.

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy to ensure your product is eligible. Products must be unused, free from chemical exposure, and returned in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Authorization Issued

If approved, you will receive return instructions, including where to send the product. Do not ship any items until authorization is provided.

Ship the Product Back

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Inspection & Processing

Once received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Ship the Product Back

  • Products returned without authorization may be refused or returned to the sender
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days after inspection
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns
  • Custom-built equipment is not eligible for return
